Three Generations Strong
Starting with the owners grandfather James Franklin Oglesby at Service Station Maintenance Service in Crestview, Florida in the 1970's and now culminating with James R. Nuwer and Western Tank and Pump, LLC in 2024 there has been over 50 years of accumulated knowledge in the fuel tank industry in tis family tree. The owners father is Jim A Nuwer II own and operates Petroleum Maintenance and Service Inc. and has trained James to be one of the best fuel technicians in the state of Florida.

Each generation in the family has built upon the success of the last. Where the grandfather James Oglesby mainly worked as a technician, the son-in-law Jim Nuwer II became a certified contractor. Now his son James Nuwer is taking that to another level by combining all of their combined expertise in one place.

Another factor to consider is each generation of this family has served in the U.S Military. James F Oglesby served in the U.S. Army, Jim A. Nuwer II served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and James R. Nuwer served in the U.S. Navy. Each served with honor and distinction that they have applied to their own companies and way of life post service.
Service & Repair

About Our Company
We are a new company that provides the installation, repair, removal, and disposal of fuel tanks and fuel related systems to small- and medium-sized fuel stations, farms, marinas, and local governmental facilities. Our services include annual, bi-annual, and event-based tank and line inspections in accordance with all state, local, and manufacturer’s guidelines.
